Beat of the Terror ~ Holders of Power by Yuzo Koshiro - Ys books I and II (Symphony Ys 95 arrangement)
While Koshiro may look down on orchestration of his music (apparently he’s a big chiptune fan) it’s hard to deny that Ys’ soundtrack is the highest point of the game. Playing with the sound off would be like playing Mario without a jump button.
